I’m having an issue when using a product

NinjaTrader is showing a Vendor Notification window saying the license is about to expire or is expired.
Unfortunately, for some people, the NinjaTrader software changes the Machine Id after a BIOS update or after Microsoft Windows updates. If you get a notification the Machine Id changed or that your License is about to expire please fill out the Machine Id update request form and we will update your license to reflect the new Machine Id. Make sure you are logged into your account before accessing the form.
How do I install the product I purchased
Begin by downloading the zip file of the ASCENDO product you have purchased from the download link on the purchase confirmation email you received. The download link is also accessible in the “My Account” page under the Download section.
Open NinjaTrader, then in the Ninjatrader Control Center window, click on ‘Tools’, select ‘Import”, then click on ‘NinjaScript Add-On’.
Within the import File Explorer window, navigate to the location where you saved the downloaded zip file of the ASCENDO product. Select the zip file by clicking on it, then click on Open.
This warning popup window is just reminding you to only install add-ons from trusted sources.
Just click ‘OK’ to keep installing.
This Import popup window advise you the installation was successful.
Click ‘OK’ to continue.
How do I update a product
When you want to update an existing product, you simply follow the same procedure as when you install it for the first time. This is from the NinjaTrader Control Center window -> Tools -> Import -> NinjaScript Add-On… and then you select the product downloaded zip file.
NinjaTrader will popup a window to notify you the product already exist and ask you if you want to overwrite it. You need to answer yes to overwrite to install the new version.
